  • Incorrect or faulty delivery address,
  • Missing signage on the building (e.g., new development area),
  • Missing house number,
  • Inaccessible delivery address,
  • Package shop retention period expired.

If any of the listed delivery obstacles occur, or if another obstacle arises due to the recipient’s actions, the package will be stored at a package shop. You will then receive a notification from the shipping company regarding a possible redelivery or the location where the package can be collected. If the package is not picked up within the designated period, it will be returned to us.
