Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Information on the Right of Withdrawal and Withdrawal Form
On our website, we provide you with an electronic withdrawal function (“withdrawal button”) that you can use to withdraw from contracts concluded online. If you use this function, we process the data you enter in order to handle your withdrawal and confirm receipt to you.

Processed data: In connection with the withdrawal, we process your name, the information required to identify the contract concerned (e.g. order or contract number), and an electronic means of contact provided by you (e.g. email address) to which we send the confirmation of receipt. Optional information (e.g. reasons for the withdrawal) is processed only insofar as you provide it voluntarily.
Purpose: Receipt, processing and confirmation of your withdrawal, as well as the subsequent reversal of the contract.
Legal basis: The processing is carried out to fulfil a legal obligation pursuant to Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR in conjunction with the statutory provisions on providing a withdrawal function (Section 356a of the German Civil Code (BGB) or the corresponding provisions transposing Directive (EU) 2023/2673).
