Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping five days a week. Orders outside of Europe must be paid via PayPal. Please contact us if you have any questions about ordering internationally, and we will be happy to assist you.
What are your shipping costs?
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will ship your order as soon as payment is received. Orders within Italy are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Orders for all other European countries are generally shipped within 3 to 5 business days. International shipping may vary.
We currently accept money transfers (Europe only) and PayPal. You can also use your credit card through PayPal, even without a PayPal account.

I haven’t received my order. What should I do?
Where are your socks made?
Our socks are made in Italy, where each pair goes through a rigorous testing process to ensure that you receive the highest quality socks available.
How should i wash my socks?
We recommend hand washing your socks, although machine washing also works (max 30°C). Avoid bleaching or ironing.
Avoid tumble drying with heat.
Merino wool is a delicate natural fiber, and pilling is to be expected from general wear and washing.
Some tips to prevent pilling:
- Turn your socks inside out before washing.
- Use gentle detergents.
- Handwash your socks.
- Handwash and air dry your socks.
Are your socks intended for summer, fall, or winter wear?
Thanks to our special Merino wool blend, our socks can be worn year-round, with temperature-regulating components to keep your feet warm in the winter, cool in the summer, and dry no matter the season.
Why do you print the regional emergency numbers on your socks?
We realized that most people are not aware of the Italian and European emergency numbers. We decided to add this crucial detail to our socks, as a reminder to ourselves and our valuable customers.
Can I order socks with a different emergency number?
We are currently taking pre-orders for the US (911) and Canada (112) emergency numbers. Please add a note at checkout stating which number you prefer, and we will let you know when your socks are ready.
Where are you located?
We are located in the heart of the Alps, in Sand in Taufers, South Tyrol, Italy.
How did you get into the socks business?
We have been in the sports retail business for over 30 years, and customers approach us every day seeking solutions for foot-related problems (e.g. friction, blisters, perspiration, cold feet). After years of research and experimentation, we believe we have found the perfect balance of materials for the softest, warmest, most comfortable socks. Our socks truly live up to their name: “Wundersocks”.
